Huntingdonshire Volunteer Centre AGM 2023 – 2024

On Thursday 27th June we held our AGM at Hemingford Abbots Village Hall again this year.
Natalie Leigh-Brown was voted in as a new Trustee. Natalie used to be our St Ives Office Manager. Since she left HVC in December 2019 she has decided to join our Board of Trustees! We welcome Natalie back to the team and we look forward to working together again!
After the formal business was carried out we held a short presentation where we showed some client video testimonials followed by videos of some of our wonderful volunteers telling their stories about why they do what they do!
Our Ramsey Trustee and volunteer driver, Steve, then gave everyone a short presentation exhibiting our services and illustrating some useful statistics.
It was great to have a number of external supporters in attendance, including The Mayor of St Ives, Pasco Hussain St Ives Town Council, The Mayor of Huntingdon – Cllr Karl Brockett, Cllr David Landon Cole – Huntingdon North East Ward, The Deputy Mayor of Godmanchester, Cllr Miriam Radford, Cllr Brian Davidson Ramsey Town Council, Kat Shepherdson Deputy CEO of Hunts Forum and Samantha Green of George Hay
